World Trip DMC provides travel planning and coordination for services such as hotels, transfers, and tours as per the package details shared with you. Booking is confirmed only after advance payment (where applicable) and supplier confirmation.
Package prices and availability may change due to seasonality, supplier rates, and other operational reasons. Final details will be shared at confirmation.
Advance Payment: You agree to pay the advance amount as communicated by World Trip DMC to initiate/confirm the booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance payment must be cleared 30 days before the departure date, or as explicitly communicated in your booking confirmation. Failure to clear the balance may result in booking cancellation without a refund of the advance.
You must provide accurate passenger details and keep valid travel documents required for your trip. You also agree to follow itinerary instructions and applicable supplier rules.
Hotels, transport, and tour services are provided by third-party suppliers. World Trip DMC coordinates bookings but cannot be held responsible for supplier changes, delays, cancellations, or services beyond our control.
World Trip DMC is not liable for losses, delays, or disruptions caused by force majeure events or reasons beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).
World Trip DMC does not provide visa assistance.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
