Package-wise Policy

Cancellation and refunds are package-wise and depend on: Supplier cancellation rules (hotel/transport/tours). Travel date and timing of cancellation. The confirmed services in your itinerary.

How to Request Cancellation

Please request cancellation in writing via email or WhatsApp. After receiving your request, we will review your booking and share the applicable cancellation charges and refund eligibility (if any).

Refund Eligibility & Processing

If a refund is applicable, the refund amount will be processed after deducting any supplier charges where applicable. Refund timelines depend on the supplier and payment method.

Non-refundable / No Refund Cases

Some bookings may be completely non-refundable or partially refundable as per supplier policies. In such cases, a full refund will not be available.

No-Show Policy

No refunds or credits will be provided for "No-Shows" (when a traveler fails to arrive) or for any unused services (such as missed transfers, sightseeing tours, or hotel nights) once the trip has commenced.
